I truly cannot recommend this experience (and it *was* an experience, not simply a restaurant) enough. Keiji-san (or Nicholas Keiji, as he humorously referred to himself) was an amazing, witty, and super friendly chef. The Kobe Wagyu course B was truly incredible. Melt-in-your-mouth, bursting with flavor, with fantastic accompaniments hand selected by the chef and a delicious set of seared vegetables grilled in the rendered fat. The mood was light and by the time the desert rolled around the entire group was laughing and talking with each other. 100/10 worth every cent of the (admittedly very high) price.
