An unforgettable Kobe beef experience! The quality of the meat was simply out of this world — incredibly tender and rich in flavor. But what truly elevated the evening was Chef Oniasi’s impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
One of the most impressive touches was the chef’s personal notebook, filled with welcoming phrases in 10 different languages. It was a beautiful reflection of his thoughtfulness and his deep respect for guests from all around the world.
We came from Turkiye, and during our meal, Chef Oniasi made a hand gesture that at first we didn’t quite understand — it looked like the “metal” 🤘 sign! But after leaving, we realized it was actually the “wolf sign”, a well-known cultural symbol among Turks. It was his way of saying, “I know where you’re from!” — and it completely won our hearts.
