Amazing experience from start to finish. We got to see a high-level Kobe beef Grand Champion cutting, and the quality was unreal—easily some of the best beef I’ve ever had.
Chef YASU was awesome—super skilled, funny, and made the whole experience fun. KG, the owner, was just as great and incredibly welcoming. He even gave us handwritten thank-you cards, and his daughter made a beautiful kimono-folded paper crane, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Incredible food, great people, and unforgettable hospitality. Highly recommend.
