日曜日の22時近くに入店しましたが、お客さんは誰もおらず少し緊張しました。
シェフはステキな方でした。シェフのトークも上手で、初めて食べた神戸牛も最高に美味しかったです。
お肉は赤身120グラムをチョイス。肉の甘みも感じられて至福の時間。
肉のお寿司は1貫。うまい。
