We had medium range of kobe beef and it tastes okay but the texture is same as a normal scotch filet in our supermarket woolworth. I would say this make me disappointed to pay AUD$100 for a $10 quality in supermarket. The environment is nice and service is very good, shop manager introduce a lot to us. The top range may be much better I don't know.
