First time trying Kobe. I ordered the set with four cuts—sirloin stood out as the best, and it’s the only one I’d recommend as something special. The other cuts weren’t worth the premium Kobe beef price, as they were comparable to other high-quality meat. KG provided friendly and welcoming service, but the other server, whom I found out was just 17, was unprofessional and clearly new to the job. It’s not his fault, but more a reflection on the restaurant for hiring someone so inexperienced in such a high-priced establishment. Overall, the service and food didn’t meet the expectations for the cost.
