I had an absolutely unforgettable experience enjoying Kobe beef with my family at this intimate restaurant. With only 10 seats available, reservations are essential, but that exclusivity is part of what makes the experience so special. From the moment we arrived, both Chef Keiji and Conan made us feel genuinely welcome. Their attention to detail, passion, and dedication were evident in every aspect of the evening. They didn’t just serve a meal ,they guided us through a culinary journey, explaining the different cuts of meat, their origins, and helping us choose based on our preferences. What truly sets this place apart is that it’s not just dinner, it’s a full experience. The chef presents the meat before cooking, offering detailed explanations, and then prepares everything right in front of you with calm precision. Every step feels thoughtful and intentional. Meanwhile, Conan carefully prepares the vegetables and supports the flow of the experience seamlessly. Each piece of meat, cut into perfect cubes, is served with care and accompanied by guidance on how best to enjoy it. Every bite feels curated. The balance between entertainment and relaxation is perfect, the chef engages with guests in a warm, natural way without ever being intrusive, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the moment. Everything was simply beautiful and incredibly delicious. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something truly special, it’s not just a meal, it’s a memory.
