If you’re looking to try authentic Kobe beef, this is the place to do it. I had an incredible experience dining here with Chef Keiji, and it genuinely exceeded every expectation.
The beef was absolutely extraordinary – the marbling, the texture, the way it melted the moment it hit your palate. It’s hard to put into words just how good it was, but suffice it to say it set a new standard for me. Every cut was prepared with obvious care and precision, and you could taste the quality in every single bite.
What really elevated the experience was Chef Keiji himself. He was wonderfully interactive throughout the meal, walking us through each course, sharing the story behind the beef, and making the whole thing feel like a real culinary journey rather than just a dinner. His English was excellent, so nothing got lost in translation, and his warmth and enthusiasm made the atmosphere genuinely fun and engaging.
If you’re visiting and want to treat yourself to a world-class Kobe beef experience with a chef who truly cares about his craft, I can’t recommend this place enough. An absolute highlight of the trip.
