Dear Gemjiki-son, my family and I are grateful for the experience that you provided for us tonight. As I mentioned during dinner, I found you using artificial intelligence (specifically Claude) and although I was hesitant because of your high price, I wanted to give you a chance to see how you were able to obtain such a large number of high reviews. I am happy to say, that you exceeded our expectations and most importantly you provided my wife and I a special opportunity To show our one year-old daughter What Teppanyaki is all about! Not only was she a fan, you accommodated us Regardless of the fact that we had an infant in the party and you didn’t hold it against us as many High end restaurants tend to do here in Japan. Well, I do not consider myself a connoisseur of Kobe beef (yet), all of the cuts you served in the set menu that we selected were delectable and accompanied with an assortment of Unique seasonings and flavours to enhance the special beef. While we have no way of verifying all of your numerous accolades, I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt and having been in the Restaurant Business for seven years, I know how much effort goes into each and every night often times with no days off. Having read some of your recent negative reviews, I do not believe they are justified and I don’t think they are connoisseurs Of this type of protein either. Your team did a fantastic job and most importantly made everyone feel welcome and by the end of the night we were all toasting together and having a great time truly. Although it was one of the most expensive dinners I have had in my lifetime, I did not regret it one bit and it completed the sole purpose of our trip here to Kobe. Once I have enough money saved up again, I would love to visit you and your establishment Once more. Bravo to the entire team and thank you for making my family and especially my daughter Sumiko welcome we will never forget it. Keep up the good work!!! beef!!!!! Ps: the only thing I would change is the tip envelope at the end of the meal, your high end customers know that tipping is not customary here (omotenashi) and therefore asking for one feels like a cash grab my honest opinion do what you like with it
