Our visit was perfection. The restaurant is impeccably clean—the teppan grill was literally reflective, and even the scented restroom showed their incredible attention to detail.
The chef, Kenji-san is a brilliant entertainer! He’s international, welcoming, and provides immense "emotional value" through his professional yet hilarious performance. We had the Kobe Beef Experience (4 types), and it was pure art. The Sirloin was our favorite; the rich fats literally burst into a sweet, aromatic umami in the mouth without being greasy.
I’m not a professional food critic, and words can’t fully describe how good it is—you simply have to taste it for yourself. To me, a truly great restaurant isn't just about food quality, but the exceptional service that comes with it.
The surprises were so touching: a commemorative certificate and exquisite handmade origami kimonos from Kenji-san’s daughter. What moved us most was when the chef gave us an umbrella as we left in the heavy rain. This is a place of genuine warmth. A must-visit in Kobe!
