The location of the restaurant was a bit hidden but it was interesting to seek out this restaurant because the steaks here are really sublime.
I would recommend the chateaubriand beef, the most expensive but also has all the flavours and textures.
Forget ordering the tenderloin because personally I think it was tad chewy.
Chef Yasu was doing his best to keep us entertained and informed about the beef and its origins.
The condiments that come with the beef servings are really unique and brings out the aroma of each slices of beef.
To be finally here in Kobe and to fall in love with the beef is really a one in a lifetime experience.
Strawberry mochi is to die for. 😉
