One of the finest dining experiences I have had in Japan. The quality of the Kobe beef was simply outstanding—perfectly marbled, incredibly tender, and cooked to perfection. Every bite melted in the mouth and showcased why authentic Kobe beef is renowned worldwide. What truly made the evening special, however, was the hospitality of the owner and chef, Mr. KJ. His passion for his craft, attention to detail, and genuine warmth created a memorable and personalized experience. He took the time to explain the different cuts, the preparation process, and the unique characteristics of Kobe beef, making the meal both educational and enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was impeccable, and the food was of the highest standard. It is rare to find a restaurant where the combination of exceptional cuisine and heartfelt hospitality comes together so perfectly. A sincere thank you to Mr. KJ for an unforgettable evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Kobe or looking to experience authentic Kobe beef at its very best. I will certainly be returning on my next visit to Japan.
