Yasu-san our passionate and knowledgeable chef made the whole experience to be more than just a meal to get full off of. He carefully explained each different but super juicy and tender beef that was also cooked to perfection, which just melted in our mouths like a silky smooth piece of chocolate on a hot summers day. Except that its top quality meat that you know and can tell it has been cared for to satisfy guests from all around the world.
Yasu not only shared his culinary skills that he has put in so much effort to perfecting, he shared all details of what was presented in front of us to intake with grace. From where I was sitting he is an artist with the grill as his canvas and his chefs tools was his paint brushes.
What a wonderful experience with locally grown veggies and carefully tended cows that even had names! ARIGATOU YASU-SAN! Gambatte! We hope to come back to japan and come experience the delight with you again!
