We had teppanyaki style Kobe beef at the restaurant, with a combination of consignments which include miso paste, premium salt, garlic, soy sauce, and wasabi making for a perfect accompaniment to the beef. The salty and savory soy sauce brings out the umami flavors of the beef, while the pungent wasabi adds a hint of spiciness to the dish. The miso paste and garlic provide an additional layer of complexity to the taste, while the premium salt enhances the natural flavors of the meat. We had both the premium and normal cut of Kobe beef. The premium cut is undoubtedly the star of the show. The meat is cooked to perfection, with a caramelized outer layer and a melt-in-your-mouth texture that leaves a rich, buttery taste in your mouth. As for the normal cut, while it may not be as tender or flavorful as the premium cut, it still offers a delicious beefy taste that is well complemented by the condiments.
