Yuya was our chef and he was a consummate professional who obviously loves what he does, and he gave us a lot of information throughout the course. Did you know that teppanyaki originated from Kobe? We didn't either until Yuya told us. Everything we had was insanely delicious, even the side dishes. Will definitely eat here again next time we visit Kobe.
