I very much enjoyed the Kobe beef dinner here! It started with the warm reception by kind Purajal, who patiently explained the menu and made us feel at ease (I hope he'd be a chef one day). Then chef Kitano handled our steaks expertly, shaing great tips on how to mix the beef with the many sauces. Thank you!
