Chef Kitano made sure to gave us the best experience possible. The meat was cooked to perfection, the side dishes added a lot to the flavor experience and the chef made sure to explain on every step what he was doing and what we were eating. I have high standards for my meats and this did not disappoint, I would highly recommend it to anyone that hasn't tried it before.
