The beef is not bad, they only have Sirloin , it doesn't have the Rib Eye that I want. The ingredient is good but the Lady Chef (Yam***,) cooking skill needs improvement. The veg is oven burned not the nice deep golden brown color. The steak is kind of ruined , the steak has big grey ring around but inside still close to rare. She didn't seated the steak to nice crust. Teppanyaki has hot/warm spot if they use it properly the steak should be nice cooked through medium all the way. Not overcooked near the side but rare inside hence I said a grey ring. I have added pic of bad cooked steak with tough grey ring around, and one pic with almost perfectly cooked through almost no ring. + What we ordered. (P.S. the first 2 pics has nothing to do with the restaurant products just examples to show and clarify what I am talking about)
I believe she can get it done, since the male chef next to us cooked better steak with much less ring
