The meat was extraordinary, the best i ever had. I'm giving one star only because i feel defrauded. At the check in at the base floor we've been asked in advance to point the type of meat we wanted. After this the cook brough us upstairs. Downstairs we ordered 1 type of meat around 23000 yen and 1 type around 18000.
Upstairs he show us once more the menù but we didn't pay very much attention because, again, we ALREADY ordered downstairs. When the check arrived we saw the prizes and one type was correct (23000) the one we choose (18000) wasn't there. Insted of that there was a type of meat around 45000. The cook justified himself saying that he showed us the menu again and we said yes but this seems like a fraud. We payed of course but its not fair. We were robbed of more than 20000 yen.
