Visited in May 2025 and had a wonderful experience thanks to Chef Yuya Umemoto. We had various cuts of the Kobe beef to try and they were all amazing. There were also various accompanying sauces which were recommended in order to further enhance the meat. The fried rice at end was amazing too. We did feel the experience was quite rushed as the meat were not grilled one at a time. Expensive experience but once in a lifetime.
