We came to the restaurant around 2:30pm after the lunch rush hours without reservation.. Chef Tanaka was the one attending to us throughout the cook. He explained every step of the teppanyaki and gave us recommendations on how to eat each cut in the right sequence - to taste the beef more fully.
We also ordered their sushi as appetizer, they were TOTALLY worth it! Every single cut that they served and cooked had great aroma and almost melted in our mouths.
Their quality and service were one of the highlights of our Japan trip. Thank you guys!
