出張の帰りに神戸牛食べたくて訪問しました。
最近は年のせいか霜降り肉は胃もたれするのでイチボを焼いて食べる事が多く、赤身の食べ応えと甘味に目覚めたこともあり、神戸牛極上赤身165グラム10065円をチョイス。さすがに神戸牛A5ランクはお高いです😆
サーロインだと26000円なんで庶民のランチには高過ぎです💦
しかしシェフが目の前で焼いてくれてテンション上がります。
お肉はスジもなく柔らかい～霜降り好きには物足りないかもですが肉を食べてる感じがして私は好きです。旨い☺️
塩とわさびだけでも全然美味しいですが、味変のタレと醤油があり飽きずに食べれました。お肉は半分を焼いて途中で残り半分を仕上げて出してくれるので最後まで暖かいお肉げ頂けます。
サラダにご飯と赤だしがついて、パンもあったんで量も十分満足でした。野菜いためをパンにのせて食べるのですがこれがまた旨い😋
十分お腹は満たされましたが、神戸牛ステーキ寿司中トロ880円でお腹いっぱいです。柔らかくあまさもありおいしく頂きましたが、こちらはもっと霜降りな肉の方が美味しいかな?大トロもあるみたいです。
ステーキ重も気になり、次回はそちらも食べてみたいと思います。

The meal came with salad, rice, miso soup, and bread, so the portion was more than enough. I ate the stir-fried vegetables on bread, which was also delicious. 😋
