This place was just a short distance from the Shin-Kobe Station. The atmosphere is very relaxed and decor minimalistic but nice. Our chef Yuya Umemoto greeted us at the door and was very professional. He was very to-the-point and just let us enjoy our meal, which of course was spectacular and nothing like I've had before. Our chef provided various recommendations on how to enjoy the beef, though any combination of sauces was delicious. I highly recommend this place!
