柔らかくて、サシがしっかり入っているのにさっぱりしていて、美味しく頂きました。
また、塩、わさび、特製ソースなど、たくさん味変が出来て、最後の一枚をどれで食べるか悩みました(^_^;)
スープも美味しく、スタッフも元気で良かったです。
