記念日にお伺いしました。
TikTokerうざみちゃん動画でお伺いしました。神戸に住んでても「神戸牛」ってあんま食べたことないので、どんなものかと恐る恐るでしたが、接客は素敵でお店の雰囲気も良く特別感ありました。
料理は正直残念感多数。
この値段で神戸牛食べようとする我等が甘いのはわかっている(笑)がしかし、注文した「極上赤身」も「希少部位」も神戸牛特有の肉の旨味?味に感動はなく、全体的に筋っぽさ、硬さを感じた。
しかも肉増し頼んだつもりだったが、ん?少なくない?店員さんに、確認したけど…「増し感」は無かった。→これは勘違いならすいません。
付いていた中トロ肉寿司。お肉はとても美味しかったが、ポップにあった「こだわりのシャリ」…?めちゃくちゃゴリゴリパサパサのシャリで、乾燥してる?スーパーでも巡り合わない近年稀に見る不味いシャリでした。チェックされてる?
