記念日にお伺いしました。
TikTokerうざみちゃん動画でお伺いしました。神戸に住んでても「神戸牛」ってあんま食べたことないので、どんなものかと恐る恐るでしたが、接客は素敵でお店の雰囲気も良く特別感ありました。
料理は正直残念感多数。
この値段で神戸牛食べようとする我等が甘いのはわかっている（笑）がしかし、注文した「極上赤身」も「希少部位」も神戸牛特有の肉の旨味？味に感動はなく、全体的に筋っぽさ、硬さを感じた。
しかも肉増し頼んだつもりだったが、ん？少なくない？店員さんに、確認したけど…「増し感」は無かった。→これは勘違いならすいません。
付いていた中トロ肉寿司。お肉はとても美味しかったが、ポップにあった「こだわりのシャリ」…？めちゃくちゃゴリゴリパサパサのシャリで、乾燥してる？スーパーでも巡り合わない近年稀に見る不味いシャリでした。チェックされてる？

The accompanying chu-toro sushi was delicious. The meat was very tasty, but the sign said "special sushi rice"...? The rice was extremely gritty and dry. It was the worst sushi rice I've ever had in a while, and I've never even come across it in a supermarket. Are they checking?
