Avoid at All Costs: Disappointing Experience at Sankita.
We had high hopes for a delightful dining experience when we visited this restaurant for Prime Kobe Beef. However, our expectations were shattered from the moment we stepped in.
Firstly, the service was incredibly poor and inconsistent. We were led to believe that the restaurant was fully booked, only to be ushered into another establishment by a stranger. This misleading start set the tone for our evening.
Adding insult to injury, we were hit with unexpected charges – 5% for service and almost 15% for what they claimed to be "Japanese tax." These additional fees felt unjustified and left a sour taste in our mouths.
But the biggest disappointment was the Kobe beef itself. Far from the quality we anticipated, the meat fell short of the mark, failing to deliver the rich, melt-in-your-mouth experience we had been looking forward to.
In conclusion, we strongly advise against dining at Sankita Kobe Beef Miyabi. It seems more interested in luring tourists in than providing a genuine culinary experience. Save your money and seek out an authentic Japanese dining experience elsewhere.
