It was my fiancé’s birthday, so we were in Kobe for the day. The moment we stepped off the train station, we knew this place was it. They have reception in the 1st floor where you can do box meal sets. Otherwise, the 2nd and 3rd floor is reserved for teppanyaki. We walked in around 1pm on a weekday and they were able to accommodate us. Service was impeccable. Our chef was Kitano and he was amazing!! So friendly!! He took the time to explain everything to us in English and also gave us recommendations on what to get and how to taste everything. Food was of course incredible!! Not just the meat, but also the salad, the veggies, and of course the bean sprout sandwich at the end. Everything was made by Kitano with care. He also took the time to give us more recommendations around the area and the areas of Japan we were heading to next. Service here was so great! If you’re looking to try A5 wagyu Kobe beef for the first time, this is the place!!
