It was an amazing experience to be served by Chef Yamada. He was very kind and he explains a lot about the Kobe beef descriptions before letting us decide what we want to order. The most important thing is he also accommodates to his customers very well because we are not big eaters, so he recommended the exact amount of meat that we would be able to finish.
We got the 165g Sirloin Kobe Beef and the 110g Red Meat Steak. In terms of taste, I think for the sirloin, you could definitely feel the marbling of the meat and it melts in your mouth. It's also very fat and buttery. The red meat is a bit harder but it also has stronger beef flavour.
