We managed to try our luck and ate early lunch without a reservation. Master Yuya was very skillful in his craft at cooking Kobe beef. It was a delight eating A5 kobe wagyu beef! We had the inner and outer beef shank. It was cooked in front of us and every bite was so savory. Wasabi, citrus sauce and beef sauce were given. Master Yuya explained how to dip the beef in the sauces for enhanced flavor, but you can eat it anyhow you like! Red miso soup was also served. Service was top notch :)
