千葉県からのお客様の接待で利用させていただきました。
ほとんどのお店がランチ営業とディナー営業の間は営業しておらず、唯一こちらのお店がランチ営業を3時過ぎまでされていたため、伺いました。
「極上赤身ステーキ」を注文し、目の前でシェフが焼いてくださったものをいただきました。
さまざまな味で楽しめて、飽きずに食べられました。
お客様との会話中も、シェフがさりげなく入ってくださり、とても良い会になりました。
お肉は柔らかくジューシーで満足できるものでしたが、少しお高めで、それより上のランクのお肉には手が出せませんでした…。
