Yamada was a great chef and very knowledgeable. First time coming here and I’ll be back again when I visit Kobe. The whole experience was great from the introduction of the different parts of meat to the nice presentation of each course

Chef Eiji provided us a first time teppanyaki experience eating Kobe beef in Kobe. The beef was so tender and juicy to eat. Chef Eiji cooked our medium beef perfectly!
