I know this place looks a bit tourist trap-ish. But it is worth every pretty penny. I ordered the premium special they have different cuts everyday and I asked the hostess and she checked with the kitchen. And she said it is the cut under the filet. So it should be Flank steak. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. The marble is beautiful and the meat is flavorful. And the chef took good care of everyone at the table. I love my food and I love my experience.
