お肉のランクを選べるのですが、1番安価の赤身だと、想像するにモモ肉。
私は、柔らかい脂たっぷりのトロけるお肉が食べたいので、思い切ってサーロインにしました。どうせ食べるなら、良い部位を。
普段頑張ったご褒美です。
運ばれてきたステーキ重は、ニコちゃん可愛すぎてお値段バグりましたが、お肉舌の上で溶ろける。調味料なしで、信じられない甘さ。中トロのお寿司もわさび醤油で、とても美味しく、またサラダのドレッシングも好みです。贅沢すぎました。
